SPUR - An Action Plan

Go for small wins in the first instance. An early success is very motivating whereas failure is not.

It is important that all members of the group make a commitment to act on the SPUR as soon as they can. It may be useful therefore to build the principles of the action plan into staff meetings or at least into a series of more informal meetings.
